OwnerPath is not legal, tax, accounting, lending, valuation, brokerage, insurance, or investment advice. Qualified professionals should review important decisions.
Outputs can be incomplete or wrong
Scores, reports, questions, and calculations depend on the inputs provided. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or unsuitable for your situation.
No guarantees
OwnerPath does not guarantee financing, deal quality, seller accuracy, investment results, closing success, or business performance.
Source compliance
Only import listings, documents, broker notes, messages, or financial information you are authorized to use. Do not use OwnerPath to bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, marketplace restrictions, robots.txt, private group rules, NDAs, or source terms.
Outreach
OwnerPath may draft broker questions or follow-ups. Nothing should be sent automatically without your review and approval.
Early-access storage
Basic Early Access is browser-saved unless your workspace states otherwise. Do not use browser-saved workspaces for sensitive seller documents.
