What you enter

Basic Early Access can use the buying plan, listing text, broker notes, financial numbers, source URL, saved deal records, task status, proof checklist, and financing scenarios you enter to create deal screens and reports.

Where early-access data is stored

In Basic Early Access, workspace data is saved in your browser on your device unless your workspace states otherwise. Clearing your browser storage or using Clear Workspace can remove it from that device.

Sensitive information

Do not paste sensitive seller documents, tax returns, payroll records, bank statements, or confidential materials into browser-saved workspaces.

Your choices

• Export your workspace JSON from Settings.
• Clear browser-saved workspace data from Settings.
• Do not import information unless you are authorized to use it.
